The California Highway Patrol is asking for the public’s help identifying a hit and run driver that killed a Keyes man earlier this year.

The Turlock shooting occurred just before noon in the 2000 block of Nikki Ann Way, where it meets North Tully Road.

The former Fairfield resident, who now lives in Keyes, a small town near Modesto, underwent bariatric surgery in August 2011.
