A Contra Costa County sex crimes prosecutor who remains on paid leave after previously facing rape charges has gotten a raise for "outstanding performance." The Contra Costa Times reports that Deputy District Attorney Michael Gressett got a retroactive raise to earn $151,238 a year in 2011, even though he already was on leave.
